Staff Director is an excellent program for not only scheduling your staff, but managing your payroll costs.  It is user friendly, and updates in real time so that at any given time, you can see what staff has already arrived for their shift and punched in.  Being able to manage your staff based on your par levels is also extremely helpful to ensure that you remain in line with your staffing budget.  Additionally, Staff Director is extremely responsive to technical issues and works to resolve them very quickly.  I would strongly recommend Staff Director to any health care facility.

StaffDirector is a great payroll program.  It helps not only the Administrators to view all the staff punches, schedules and biweekly hours but it also releases a lot of daily pressure and issues by letting each Manager in different departments manage each individual schedules, punches and correct any missed punches. It is also a great tool when it comes to payroll requests from the Department of Labor;  you are able to show the scheduled times and the actual punches on one print out.  (Two documents in one!). The scheduling tool is easy and fast.  You can print and email a schedule in a second.  You can access StaffDirector to view your staff's activity from anywhere you have internet access.

Edward Shteyman
President and CEO
StaffDirector, LLC

Edward Shteyman, a former software analyst and a system architect, first developed the idea of StaffDirector (SD) based on the numerous issues that he encountered while cofounding and running a healthcare staffing company.  Using analytical skills of problem solving, Mr. Shteyman has turned the concept of SD into reality. Educated at New York and Columbia Universities and involved in mega-scale projects such as credit derivatives trading platform and, logistically challenging Real Time transportation distribution platform, Mr. Shteyman knows about the exigent complexities of the healthcare staffing industry. Since 2003, he has apportioned his time to help SD evolve into a mature software platform.

Michelle Mendel

Michelle Mendel is proud to take part in the integration between all aspects of the StaffDirector time and attendance system and the Reliable Health Systems payroll software.  This includes all employee information, hours worked, shifts, benefits and accruals. Michelle has been with Reliable for over ten years, managing all new client implementations, ongoing support (onsite and off), specifically focusing on efficiency in workflow.

Suri Lampert has been a Customer Service and Training representative for StaffDirector since 2009. Her responsibilities include making any facility's implementation of StaffDirector a seamless process by training in-house staff in the proper use of the program, ensuring that an open line of communication exists at all times between her clients and StaffDirector and monitoring accounts to ensure optimal utilization of the program.
Prior to joining StaffDirector, Suri Lampert worked in health care facilities for over a decade. She has experience in multiple areas of the nursing home industry, ranging from business office matters to nurse scheduling, and from medical supply purchasing to Medicaid applications and more. Her diverse background in these aspects of the health care industry is a valuable asset to her clients in their transition to the next level of nursing home management.
